What services do you provide and how much do you charge?

We provide you with five services

Our pricing plans are simple and we guarantee that they provide better value for your hard earned dollar than anybody else in the marketplace.

Disclaimer: We do not use any templates for album design. Each photographer’s work is unique and beautiful, and you will never find two albums designed by us with the same design.

What is your turnaround time?

For Post-Production and Album Design:
In simple terms, 5 business days or less from us receiving your photographs. We also provide specialized rush delivery options for those super urgent jobs. Please check out our turn-around time page. If for some reason, we are unable to complete your job by the due date, you won’t have to pay a dime for it. We promise.
For Album Printing:
It typically takes us 2-3 weeks to design and print your albums. If you only require printing, we take 2 weeks to churn out your freshly created albums.

Can I get a free trial? How do I give you a Whirl?

Absolutely! We provide your first Post Production and first Album Design job with us for FREE. For more details, click here

I like your work! How can I send you my photographs?

Firstly, thank you! We strive hard to live up to your expectations. You can send us your photographs via FTP Upload, Hard Drives, DVD, or Blu-Ray disks. For more information, click here.

But how will I receive my photographs back?

For Post-Production and Album Design
Within 5 business days of us receiving your photographs, we will deliver straight to your preferred Client Gallery or upload into your personal account. Choose any medium you are comfortable with and you will get it there. We usually transfer the job through a preferred FTP location. We can also upload your images to a preferred personal storage location like Drop Box and Mobile Me. If you have sent us a Hard Disk, we will ship the Hard Disk to you with finished work within 3 days of us receiving it.
For Album Printing
We will ship your album to the address provided by you, within 2-3 weeks of us receiving your photographs.

Is there a fee for FTP uploads?

No. Unlike our competitors, we don’t believe in charging you for services that should essentially be free. The FTP service is absolutely free for you!

I like your FTP policy but how long would it take to upload my pictures via Internet?

Assuming an average size of 20 MB per RAW file, it will take a little more than the following time to upload your pictures:

Do you have a minimum order limit?

Yes! We love your pictures and wish to work on as many of them! For any of our services, we require a minimum of 100 pictures sent by you, but since we love your work, you can send us thousands of pictures too!

I like culling pictures myself. Is that okay?

Of course! Our philosophy is that we don’t make the rules, you do. When submitting your job, just select the “already culled” option in the form and voila, we will be glad to use your culled images for Post Production.

But how do I know that you can match my style?

Try us! We will assign a specific post-production artist to you who will immerse him/her in your style. He/she will live and breathe what your art is about and you will always get the same artists to work for you. Each of our employees has been trained for years to gain the eyes to work on your individual style.

What if I’m not happy with Oodio’s work?

If you require, we will edit, re-edit, and re-edit your pictures. Our customers are our first priority, and we will work on your pictures till you are completely satisfied by our work.

What kinds of photography do you work on?

Currently, we only offer our services to the Wedding Photography industry.
